06 Oct 21 - A recent membership request from foreign climes has brought to the committee's notice an anomaly that could leave the association out of pocket! The bottom line is that if you live abroad, the 'Cross Border payment' must be added to the membership fee when applying/renewing, otherwise the RNCA ends up short changed. Membership applications/renewals will no longer be accepted from ex-pats unless this transaction fee is taken into account, if applicable from your country. Thank you for your co-operation.
22 Mar 21 - A message from the temp. Membership Secretary begins
Shipmates, as you are all aware by now, of the temporary system we have had to put in place for the payment of subs caused by Pedlar crossing the bar coupled with the Covid lockdown. I know that quite a number of you, not by name I hasten to add have paid your subs to Pedlar at the AGM, obviously that hasn’t happened this year, so we need you to set up a BACS or Direct Debit to pay this year’s subs. Our bank details are on the website. If I don’t receive your contributions, I can only presume that you are no longer wish to be a member of the Assoc., bearing in mind that as I don’t know who paid Pedlar direct you will be lumped in with the former members of the Assoc.
Yours Aye
Carl
Acting local Treasurer
